SUPERVISOR FOR
FABRICATION WORKSHOP
Applicant must have a commanding knowledge in the fabrication of heavy structural steel and will oversee the daily operations in the workshop ensuring that the production processes deliver products of maximum quality in a profitable manner.
Responsibilities
- Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Ordering of materials to fabricate
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
- Check production output according to specifications
- Submit reports on performance and progress
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as Workshop Supervisor or similar role (10yrs minimum)
- Able to read shop drawings
- Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools
- Organizational and leadership abilities
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Problem-solving skills
ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT:
Applicant will be responsible for assisting in the daily running of the
Department with minimum experience of 3 years.
